Asked at the counter

01

What is the Chizu series?

Chizu is the cheese-foam series — a salted milk cream whisked and poured over the tea so you drink through it. Eight cups carry it, from KungFu black tea to a taro latte.

02

Why do some prices show a range?

A range means the cup has options at the counter: the low price is the smallest pour, the high one the largest. The register charges for the one you pick.

03

Is there anything here that is not a drink?

More than you would expect. The mochi donuts are food, and the same account keeps bread, hot wings, breakfast pastry and two cakes for dogs on this board. They are printed here exactly as the counter rings them up.

04

Can I order all of this online?

Yes. The order link at the top of every page opens the same account menu this page is built from, and you choose the Sangamon Street counter there.
