There is a three-line Vietnamese iced coffee section on a menu that is otherwise about tea. It is there because it is the drink people ask for when they want something cold and genuinely strong.
What it is
Strong coffee over ice with condensed milk. Sweet, but the coffee is not hiding behind it — that is the whole trick of the style.
Three of them
The original, a hazelnut version, and a pink one. Three is the right number: enough to have a preference, not so many that the section needs its own explanation at the counter.
If you came in for tea
Order it anyway once. It is the most different thing on the board, and the board has sixty-seven lines on it — most of which are variations on something you already know.
