DEMO GROUP

Sixty-seven lines is a lot of menu, which is why this one is not a single drink list. It is organised into series, and once you know what the four main ones mean, the board reads quickly.

Milk tea — nine

The classics, and the largest section. If you are new here and want the reference point, this is the section to start in.

Chizu — eight

The cheese-foam cap. A salted, creamy layer that sits on top of the tea rather than being stirred into it — you drink through it.

Brown sugar — six

Built on brown-sugar syrup, which is what makes the striping down the inside of the cup.

Latte — seven

Milk-forward and less tea-forward. The section to look at if the classics read as too strong.

And the ones that are not series

Fresh fruit tea, a short tea series, Vietnamese iced coffee, mochi donuts, and a limited-edition line that changes. The whole board is published here as text, so you can search it before you are standing at the counter with people behind you.
